Led product, UX, engineering, IT, support roadmap for a $XXXM retail company, reporting to the CEO.

  • Digital Product Vision: Led the development and execution of a comprehensive digital product vision for the e-commerce site, driving enhancements in UX, SEO, accessibility, and site performance. Built out a CRO program that increased conversions while aligning with brand standards to elevate product discovery and customer engagement.
  • Growth & Revenue Optimization: Introduced and spearheaded 8 major digital initiatives, including a POS upgrade, e-commerce replatforming, and Search & Recommendations, driving $49M in incremental revenue. Developed strategies focused on customer experience optimization, including Same Day Delivery, Returns & Exchanges, and mobile payment integrations like Apple Pay and After Pay.
  • Cost & Operational Efficiency: Directed six critical infrastructure projects—Toolio Inventory Management, data feed optimization, and service layer enhancements—that streamlined operations and contributed $3.5M to EBITDA growth, ensuring scalable and efficient processes.
